Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Return requests must be submitted within the 7-day window from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”. Include the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product, if damaged or incorrect

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Products that show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (if applicable) or via another suitable method based on your region.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

International Orders

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees.
